Introduction to Business Databases

It is more important than ever for graduates from the School of Business to be able to find information on stocks, company histories, and industry trends. In this workshop, our business librarian will guide you through databases such as S&P, Valuelline, MediaMark, and Business Source Complete, showing you how to search these valuable databases for the information you and your students needs.


Introduction to Instant Messaging

When: 2:00-3:00 p.m.

Not up to "texting" or instant messaging yet? Does the idea of getting an instant response to your question seem time saving? If so, Intro to Instant Messaging is probably for you. Learn how to create an instant message account--if you don't have one already--and how to use it to converse in real time with a librarian. Instances where instant messaging would be the best tool for you will be highlighted as will the scheduled hours of service for Fall Semester.
